2. Original Content
Publish only original work or content you have permission to use. Follow copyright laws and credit external sources.
3. Sensitive Topics
Discuss sensitive topics respectfully. Content promoting hatred, violence, discrimination, or social division is prohibited.
4. Political Content
Factual political discussion is permitted. Campaigning for political parties or candidates, inflammatory propaganda, and content opposing the independence of Bangladesh, the Liberation War, or other core national values are prohibited.
5. Adult Content
Pornography, sexually explicit material, obscene images, and similar content are prohibited.
6. Spam and Promotion
Spam, repetitive posting, excessive self-promotion, and purely commercial content are not allowed.
7. Images and Media
Upload only media that you own or have the legal right to use.
8. Copyright
You retain ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant Tarunyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process it for operating and promoting the Service.
By publishing content on Tarunyo, you also grant Tarunyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature, reproduce, and promote your content through the Tarunyo website and its official social media pages, groups, YouTube channel, and other official communication channels. Whenever reasonably possible, Tarunyo will credit the original author by displaying their name or username. For promotional purposes, the content may be edited for length, formatting, or presentation, provided that such edits do not materially alter the author's intended meaning.
9. Enforcement
Tarunyo may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines.
10. New Members
Serious violations within the first month of registration may result in permanent account termination.
11. Updates
These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of Tarunyo constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
